Negotiated, drafted, and administered all intellectual property, license, technology, sales, distribution, business development, non-disclosure, customer, partner, foundry and vendor agreements; managed all aspects of patent and trademark portfolio; advised on legal strategy and day-to-day legal business matters; managed IP protection and litigation.
