I was a Russian language lecturer (1986–2003), then worked as an internal/external quality manager in charge of educational program accreditation (undergraduate and postgraduate levels). I served as the contact point with multiple accreditation agencies both in Vietnam and abroad (2003–2025).

Internal Quality Assurance: Ensured compliance with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle; each step was evaluated both subjectively and objectively to achieve stakeholder satisfaction inside and outside the university, with an overall success rate of 85% against quality objectives.

External Quality Assurance: Following the PDCA cycle, the university underwent 7 accreditation rounds, achieving over 82% of standards, including: Ministry of Education & Training (Vietnam), over 90% EFQM (Netherlands), ABET (USA), Acquin, FEBAA, ASIIN (Germany – European Standards/Bologna Process), and AUN-QA (Asian region).

Program Accreditation: Following the PDCA cycle, nearly 50 programs were re-accredited/extended, 95% of which obtained international certification valid for 5 years.
