Director of Operations 2021-2024

Oversaw both warehousing companies, staff, facilities, and systems, Develop and Analyze monthly profit and loss, performance trends in order steer the business and improve monthly expenses, implemented current processes and procedures to achieve certifications with NSF and HALA. These improvements were achieved without additional cost while reducing labor and streamlining processes.
