Procurement of plants and materials as per the project requirement.

Monitor the administrative works properly on daily basis (Managing the daily correspondences with Client, Follow up with team regarding the daily workforce and Monthly salary allocations of each employee, Submit performance report of each employee to HR division and do the necessary follow up)

Monitor Income/Expenses properly on daily /monthly basis to make sure that cash flow is as per the budget. Page 2

Managing the execution and maintenance of facilities as per the standard and expectation within the contract terms and schedules.

Preparation of Contract documents, estimate the costs and prepare quotes.

Communication with the Client, customers and attend project related meetings with Client and Management.
