RF Technician
My job description comprises: assembling, testing, calibrating, tuning (HMIC power amplifiers products) and preparing test data for engineering and documentary work.I worked with entire project cycles from receiving electronic devices to processing, testing (ATP and Pre-seal test) & tuning, assembling, documenting and finishing up the unit (transceiver) for shipment. Some of the tasks include unit testing at different temperatures: -55 C, room temperature and 75 C. There is also assembly/disassembly of devices, calibration of transceiver, troubleshooting of PCB, Detectors, Power Amplifiers, Splitters, Drivers and whole units (including RMS units).
