Accountabilities and knowledge:

Accounting knowledge of trading unit, manufacturing unit and Export Unit.

Manage Accounts team and supervision on regular Accounting.

Preparation of Statutory Reports & Returns including GST, TDS, and reconciliations.

Finalization of book and preparation of Profit & Loss A/c & Balance Sheet Independently.

Conducting Internal Audit.

Preparation of Projection for Bank Loans

Full assistance to external Auditors.

Maintain Export/ imports records and submission of related documents in bank.

Check & pass purchase Invoices, Import Invoices & others Expenses.

Knowledge of foreign exchange transactions like EEFC A/c, Conversion of Foreign Exchange, Forwarding Booking etc.

Preparation of Foreign payments & Payments to others. Preparation of Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, LC Discounting.

Follow-up creditors for paid in advance with purchase department.

Follow-up with debtors overdue.

Dealing with Bank for liaison and other related task. Submission of Stock statement, UFCE, FFR1 and FFR2 in time.

Regular follow-up with cashier.

Preparation of salary. Bonus etc.

Liaison with Govt. departments against Notice, Assessment orders etc.

ROC related working.

Preparation of various MIS for top management as per requirement Work Experience :
