2018 - a new company took over and AT&T customer care was added to my duties. Troubleshooted service calls, took payments, and helped recover accounts for the clients of both DIRECTV and AT&T.
2021 - DIRECTV and AT&T left the company. My job duties with Asurion changed to filing device claims for damaged, lost, or stolen devices. I would setup same-day deliveries as well as process deductibles. Also sold extended warranty for smart homes.
2022 - Verizon - Current position. New job duties include: porting activations and credit, identifying customers needs and proactively offering our products and services, activation and troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on services including billing rates, adjustments, and policy issues. Also a peer advisor helping fellow coworkers on the production floor.
