My career at Friendly Ford started in the sales Internet BDC. Promoted to build a Service BDC. Later I became the Assistant Service Manager then Service Manager.
Managed a team of Advisors, Technicians, PDEL, Mobile Service, Cashiers Porters, warranty administration, Service BDC to maintain compliance and boost service gross.
Increased customer pay and warranty ELR, achieving a 10% gross year after year. Worked with ATI and UTI to acquire new technicians. Provided training and built new departments for Ford Motor Company, new role-outs, and pilots. Oversaw all building maintenance as well as adding new bays and lifts. Oversaw Nevada State Health department inspections to make sure that the dealership stayed in compliance. Hosted and planned dealer events. Assisted the Service Director who is over four different stores. Won multiple Presidents Awards. Broke all-time records for hours flagged and grosses. Managed customers’ concerns.
