Inspection activities covered all phases of bridge, traffic signal, and roadway construction. Responsibilities included monitoring contract progress and ensuring that project milestones were met, including drafting correspondence, preparing work orders, keeping daily diaries, reviewing invoices, preparing monthly estimates, and conducting weekly safety training for the inspector teams.

The project involved new roadways, sidewalks, a courtyard and landscaping associated with the new building. Provided scheduling services and Reviewed cost estimates for this garage that will be designed to accommodate 4,300 parking spaces on five levels, and will include all building systems including entrance/exit plaza revue control systems. Site work included the design of new ramps, signage and signal systems. Provided scheduling services for the renovation and new addition to the building. The project involved removal and replacement of the existing building’s roofing system and windows; and repair to its exterior facade.
