Summary

●Reviewed and adjusted electronic timecards on Workday. Received manual timesheets and input in ADP Vantage new time and attendance system. Made adjustments and ran previews to review. I processed all vac advances weekly. Once all completed, I submitted payroll. In ( DC 37)- manager submitted the payroll. I created SOP’s for Payroll Coordinators and forward to Mgmt. Interviewed Coordinators on problems with current Workday T & A system and how to improve.

● I made sure Coordinators submitted all reports to appropriate depts. Processed wire transfer/ ADP Smart Compliance.

●Processed 401K loans and contributions weekly to CIRS Agency/As well all loans to 401k S/S weekly. Sent all new hires forms to Health & Security dept along with a Controller Adj form. Did monthly AFSCME contribution and loans for payment. Reconciled monthly payroll summaries.

● All other reports as needed weekly and monthly for accounting and payments.

BLDG Mgmt- Received manual timesheets for all union staff in multiple buildings and locations- NY and NJ on a weekly basis. Compared them to the ADP time and attendance-(E-time) system to make sure hours matched that were in the system. Adjusted and uploaded time and attendance file to ADP WFN payroll. Once reviewed would submit.

● Loaded all I-Reports to Share drive once payroll was processed. Sent funding figures to A/P dept to enter to the G/L. Updated employee changes in ADP for direct deposits/taxes and other personal changes.

● Provided instructions to employees on how to use time and attendance application. Answered all employee inquiries. Ran all Union reports on ADP WFN. Processed all weekly 401K and monthly union dues/ADF and BCI on 32BJ ESS system.

TUDOR REALTY SERVICE CORP-(R/E Mgmt.) NYC 12/20 – 12/22

Payroll/HR and Union Manager- (Remote-FT Perm)

● Managed 1 Payroll Administrator -processed payroll for 500 employee’s union/non-union on ADP WFN system weekly. Handled all onboarding in ADP. Processed all change forms for: wage changes/garnishments/ deductions/ tax exemptions/ direct deposit/transfers and terminations for all employees exempt/ non-exempt.

● Managed all 32BJ monthly union dues/ BCI -benefits and 401K payments on ESS. Enrollments into ESS systems. Handled union increases, and all union audits- saved the company over $250,000 and left at zero balance at the end of 2021. Also, other unions-Lo 6,377,486, and 670.

Direct communication with all union reps for all member inquiries. Direct communication with the RAB about contract questions for employees. Handled all employee inquiries and provided resolution.

● Handled all benefits for regular/ union employees and LOA, PFL, STD, FMLA, W/C claims and pensions directly with unions, with direct vendors on websites and with 3rd party brokers. Terminations and Cobra. Monthly billing and payments on MDS Accounting System.

Payroll Manager-(Perm)

● Processed multi-state payroll for about 300 employees biweekly exempt/non-exempt. About 50 employees union-lo 32BJ and lo 94 on Paychex. Reviewed and updated hours and salaries while processing payroll.

●Weekly union dues and monthly benefit payments and union audits completed. Processed bonuses and commissions monthly for our Sales personnel according to completed contracts and reviews of broker splits and invoices.
