Install wire harnesses per schematics for global Express Completion.

Assist to route and install wires in the aircrafts per schematic diagrams.

Install and assembly the units.

Electronic Assembler 3, Comtech EF Data, Tempe, AZ 10/2006 – 06/2020

Ability to read work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies.

Performs crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, solders, cements, press fits.

Mounts assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panel.

Routes and connects wires between individual component leads and other components.

Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.

Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies.

Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating and sanding.

Cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and color-coding.

Performs online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies.

Electronic Assembler 3, Times Microwaves Systems, Mesa, AZ 07/2020 – 02/2024

Certified Laser Welding.

Determine or select tip, die, melt and pre-heat temperatures, wire and feed screw speeds and other variables to meet requirements for job at hand.

Make all necessary operational compounds, take-up reels and other needs to maintain continuous operations.

Detect and report defective material, faulty operation, and unusual conditions to proper supervision. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Follow environmental, health and safety regulations.
