Senior Program Manager for Ship’s Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Program
Provides direct support to NIWC SSEE (Ship Signal Exploitation Equipment) Program. Responsibilities include managing the team members to identify and provide GFM to installing activities for each scheduled platform installation/upgrade. Receives notification when Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs) are released for upcoming installation activities. Tasked with managing the Verification and Validation (VnV) reviews for released SIDs and issuing an LAR against each drawing package, requesting changes be made as required. CSRR Program Director. Responsible for managing the CSRR Program for the SOSEI Contract for SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic. I am responsible for managing over 65 SME’s, Logistician’s, and Technicians. Along with the project controller I update and input the EVM data on all task orders and work requests to report the health of the entire program to SPAWAR. Operation Enduring Freedom Afghanistan Theater Program Manager. Responsible for managing over 200 technicians, mechanical assemblers, and logisticians in the integration and testing of C5I systems in all variants of MRAP’s. As the Theater Lead, I was responsible for managing all aspects of the C5I integration efforts while coordinating with all MRAP OEM’s to ensure the mission was completed as fast as possible to return the MRAP’s to the war fighter. I was responsible for the daily interaction with the government country lead.
