Performing monthly regular demands for different accounts example; food staffs, stationery, utensils equipment’s etc. for unit usage, use of relevant demand documents.

Receipt of orders with their relevant documentation example; stores release order (SRO), bidders delivery notes/invoices, package list etc.

Posting received documents to their relevant ledger accounts example; clothing accounts, ration accounts, accommodation stores accounts, ammunition accounts etc.

Labeling items in stores, use of Bin Cards.

Issuing of delivered commodities and equipment’s to user departments.

Conducting inspection for deliveries by being keen if all are of good quality, good quantity and delivered at the right place.

Performing annual stock taking for stores.

Ensuring all unserviceable equipment’s/materials boards are done on time by relevant departments for re-procurement of the same.
