- Position- Mobile crane Operator

From 05th July 2005 to till 2nd Dec.2008.

EQUIPMENT/ HEAVYLIFTING/ LOGISTIC:

Responsible for:-

1. Monitor ensure the material cost status report issued by the Equipment Division is appropriate to achieve required targets. 2. To supervise all equipment repair & services at the workshop and or the field with minimum cost in an efficient and safe manner. 3. Implement the quality standards of the Division and inform all personnel. 4. To ensure the working environment is healthy and safe. 5. To develop plan for mobilizing equipment to project after ensuring it’s working integrity

6. To ensure that all maintenance and repair work carried out comply with manufacturer’s and international standard procedures. 7. To prepared and utilize equipment request and mobilization thru project as per request and manpower movement.

a) Updating all documents and manpower, third party certificate daily b) Update movements of equipments time to time from field to project, status of breakdown with thru coordinate at workshop engineer and mechanic up to service and until release from workshop (crane, forklift, boom truck, trailer).

c) Updating all lifting tackles (wire rope, nylon belts, shackles, man basket, spreader beam, concrete bucket) third party certificate as per request of client and scheduled for certify inspection. d) Monitoring of equipments registration for renewal and arrangement coordinate of the delegates.

e) Updating all lifting tackles assigned individual equipment in thru project

8. Direct giving instruction of site supervisor which equipments to replace at Assignment of equipment, if breakdown or under maintenance. 9. Updating daily movements of manpower shifting day by day, going to vacation, standby or sick leave.

10. Receiving equipments request and updating daily, assign operator and rigger in project.

11. Prepared all equipment before dispatch in project assign with thru visual inspection.

12. Daily forward report utilization of equipments. 13. Responsible visual inspection of all lifting tackles which need to certify thru third party for renewal or damaged.

14. Responsible to site visiting for study of rigging and heavy lifting. 15. Responsible to supervise of heavy lifting execution as per in lifting plan. TRAINING SEMINAR ATTENDED AND AWARD-
