• Team lead for $40M - 200,000 unit Solar Panel project.

• Bench marked other lighting utilities concerning new product launch, revenue forecasting, maintenance, organizational structure and sales measures.

• Developed and designed 2 new LED fixtures with Philips Hadco.

• Created business strategy, financial analysis and marketing for LED and Induction fixtures.

• Developed and presented business case to senior leadership team for viability of introducing a new light source to existing line of products (Induction Lighting fixtures).

• Initial involvement with team examining viability of electric vehicle.

• Provided expert testimony involving tariff issues with PSEG attorneys and BPU staff that were successfully mediated to avert litigation.
