Since graduating, I began working at ECASA as a Transportation and Special Equipment Specialist from September 2004 to May 2017. During this time, I worked as a commercial and transportation maintenance specialist and then as the Senior Transportation Specialist at José Martí Airport. During this period, I completed several management training courses, such as Negotiations, Real-Time Management Control, Commercial Communication, Applied Information Technology for Marketing, Aeronautical Commercial Management (GERCOMA), Human Resources Management, Comprehensive Aviation Management Diploma, EXCEL and ACCESS Courses. During this time, I also worked as a sales representative at the José Martí Airport transportation base. In 2012, I completed the Technical Coordinator of Operations and Flight Dispatch course, graduating in 2013. From 2013 to 2017, I worked in the ECASA operations department at José Martí International Airport, serving as airport manager, directly serving Blue Panorama and Air Berlin.
