CELL LEADER OF LARGE MACHINING: 2007-2010

Managed the large machining cell which consisted of a salaried staff of 7 and 3 shifts of unionized machinists. Our goal was to meet and exceed customer fulfillment of high pressure steam turbine shells. This was a high pressure environment working with cross functional teams (i.e. technical teams, engineering, quality and finance), while meeting productivity targets and labor/functional cost budgets.
