CELL LEADER OF LARGE MACHINING: 2007-2010
Managed the large machining cell which consisted of a salaried staff of 7 and 3 shifts of unionized machinists. Our goal was to meet and exceed customer fulfillment of high pressure steam turbine shells. This was a high pressure environment working with cross functional teams (i.e. technical teams, engineering, quality and finance), while meeting productivity targets and labor/functional cost budgets.
PRODUCTION CONTROL LEADER: 2006-2007
Lead production operations and material planning requirements, developed production priorities for all three shifts. (i.e. Rotor and Field Machining, Bucket Assembly and Dovetail Pins)

Supervised and assigned 28 Union Employees to meet daily production goals, as well as setting production goals for all three shifts.
