SUMMARY

This program/portfolio is to develop a Product development, maintenance & enhancements for CareFirst Portfolio leveraging primary technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular 4.5, Node.js. The execution model was successfully transformed from waterfall to SAFe Agile, with the team effectively trained and coached on Agile Values.
Implemented the SAFe Agile framework with 5 Agile Release Trains (ARTs), each comprising 10 scrum teams.
Successfully delivered a secure sign-in solution using passkeys and biometric. Password resets are now required, with support for passwordless login moving forward.
