Summary
I’m a software developer with over 25 years of experience, fueled by a deep passion for crafting innovative solutions. My career began in the military, where I served as a turbine engine specialist in the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne). Those six years honed my discipline, precision, and ability to thrive under pressure—skills that now define my approach to software development.
After leaving the military, I swapped aviation for my first love: writing software. What started as a personal interest in computer science has grown into a robust career. I’ve built a wide range of applications
—web, desktop, background services, you name it—using an array of programming languages and environments. I've recently been pair programming with several AI models and my efficiency is through the roof.
Recently, I’ve been leveraging AI tools to enhance my coding workflow, significantly boosting my productivity. This approach allows me to build and test applications at an accelerated pace. With my extensive experience, I can effectively utilize AI to develop innovative solutions quickly and efficiently.
I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning and giving back to the developer community. Check out my GitHub for public code examples, including my latest project, VVDDA—a full-stack template to jumpstart web application development.
