• Redesign of the Sikorsky H-60 ‘duckbill’ FLIR structure and fairings to incorporate a new IR Sensor and glideslope antenna at nose bay location. Wire routing and bonding for all components.
• Lead study of the M134D weapons system for impact of H-60 crew safety and platform damage.
• Designed a rolling test bench that accommodates the MX-10DR sensor and the required avionics with laser-safe panels and routing to H-60 Pilot MFD’s for observation before production.
• Designed the two-seat rack that accommodates the Carry On Carry Off (COCO) system.
• Used SolidWorks and anthropometry data to accurately position Heads-Up Display sensors for 1%ile and 99%ile pilots for adaptation of the system to the H-60 dashboard from AH-64 platforms.
• Designed box-builds for AN/PRC-117 systems at various cabin locations of the Black Hawk.

• Designed the MCFOCS Triple Mount, a 15-pound, milled, cantilevered assembly located at two of the H-60 FRIES bar holes and accommodates three RAM mounts and touch screen tablets for control and observation for three users and was pull-tested to several hundred pounds.
• Designed structure for incorporating ARC-231 radios and FLIR sensors on AH-64, OH-58, and UH-72 platforms for Air Warrior/Air Soldier and Customs and Border Protection.
• Participated in the Prototype Integration Facility recompete that included conceptualization of H-60 rotor blade modification and maintenance.
