Customer Care Control Support

I am retired after ** years of office control support with the MA Department of Corrections. Here I worked the phones providing customer care of policy and procedures with a high level feedback I monitored and supported external visitors as a legal liaison providing documents and coordinating the successful completion of court orders. I would be an asset to the company as I am engaging and consistent in thorough and return customers.
