SRE MW Monitoring Support Verizon TechM

§ Working as part of Verizon’s SRE team Supporting Consumer and Business suite of applications.

§ Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure and work towards improving system resilience, reduce critical incidents and MTTR.

§ Application Monitoring using Grafana Hawkeye tool, analyze prod issues using newRelic and Kibana tool logs.

§ Analyze & remediate Prod issues based on initial triage analysis and discussion with stakeholders to reduce Prod impact

§ Perform SRE operations including site failover, service and pod restarts, capacity scale ups, cache refresh during prod outages and issue mitigation.
