Project Profile:
TracFone is a mobile virtual network operator offering products under brands like TracFone, NET10, Total Wireless, Straight talk, Simple Mobile etc. The web application for TracFone is developed using AngularJS and is integrated with multiple external systems with multiple services. TracFone’s internal application TAS helps agents to analyze and process customer requests. TracFone’s goal is to achieve excellent user experience and one of the important actions is to step up with the overall testing of internal applications as well as integrations, services and mobile testing .
Roles and Responsibilities :
Involve in various business departments and work very closely with project manager and team members to identify areas of improvements, root cause analysis and develop a plan to improve performance as per the QA metrics.
• Performed Smoke, User Interface, Functional Testing, Browser Compatibility Testing, Sanity Testing, Exploratory Testing, Regression Testing in all environments i.e., SIT, UAT, and PROD for scheduled releases.
• Preparation/Review of Test Cases and wrote and executed negative test cases in all environments. Worked with developers to update the defects, resolve them, and track their status using ALM.
• Performed testing on cross browsers and multiple devices such as Android, IOS and tablet etc.
• Tracking all the process related activities to make sure that the feature deliverables are delivered on time.
