Evaporator Operator
•Perform and enforce all quality assurance and programs.
•Enhance production and chemical CIPS of Crystallizers, Permeate Surge Tanks, MVRs, TVR, Cooling Towers Etc. while maintaining proper quality procedures.
•Manually bypass or troubleshoot systems to prevent blockage or plant shutdown.
Whey Warehouse Forklift Operator
•Managing accurate shipping and receiving of material while assuring product upholds quality standards. Perform pre and post loading inspections, Bol’s, loading & unloading material, Emptying and filling the warehouse in an organized and safe manner.
WPC and Perm Pack Operator
•Maintain a New Zealand Techno Packer and multiple robotic arms in two different packaging areas. Different computer machinery for proper calibrations, metal detector checks, auger dispensers, sealers, bag weights, counts, computer and paper documentation, and proper pallets finished to perfection for customer shipments.
