My duties and responsibilities for this
Job was to set up work for my guys before the shift starts.and to make sure that they operations goes smooth as planned. My duties also consist in doing timecard, vacation and write ups for those that do not show for work. I also make sure my belt team is operating the machinery correctly so that our customers get the right products. My main thing is to make sure everyone is working safe and doing the job the right way with no short cut even when am not around and working together as a team, because of one person fall we all fall, that where I come in to help build my guys up to move forward to a higher position. Before starting of shift we have shift meeting to make sure everyone have all of their PPE and have anything on safety because safety is very important to me in any company. My duties also consist in opening and closing the building at the end of shift.
