Hello,

My name is Journey Tanaé Phillips-Davis! I am a high school graduate of a all-girls private

catholic high school Padua Academy which I attended 2022-2024 after transferring from Newark Charter Jr./Sr. High School K-12. I am currently a first year University of Miami student and plan to graduate in 2028 with plans to continue my schooling further afterwards. All my life I was an athlete so when it comes to hard work, dedication, and reliability you can count on me. When working I am very flexible, outgoing, and have great adaptability to change in the work environment. I prefer everyone gets along, ranging from customers to co-workers so at all times I will try to avoid conflict and take the manageable route. But do not mistake me to be a pushover because when it comes down to doing what is right I will put my foot down. I have had 3 job experiences which all impacted me differently positively in the work area as well as personality wise along my growth throughout life. The job descriptions are Lemons and Capers which I worked as a hostess for a year, Board and Brush which I worked as an assistant for a year, and Playa Bowls which I worked an all-around for 3 years. The two short ones were early on in high school so school work and my sports caused a conflict since I was young and adapting to learning how to manage so much on my plate.
