• The system uses JWT-based authentication, featuring auto-refresh tokens and revocation mechanisms upon user logout or password changes.

• Enables user login via OAuth2 using Google and Facebook as third-party providers

• Access control is enforced using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), ensuring users can only access resources permitted by their assigned roles.

• Redis is used for OTP handling (5-minute expiry), rate limiting (prevent spam on the forgot password API), and caching popular products to optimize performance.

• The system provides full CRUD functionality for key resources: products, categories, orders, comments, and user profiles.

• A real-time chat feature is implemented using WebSocket, enabling instant communication between users and admins.

• For secure online transactions, the system integrates PayOS as a third-party payment gateway. SKILLS
