Summary

I am a recent graduate working towards a Security+ certification, and I plan on also acquiring a CCNA certification to show my understanding of the fundamentals of security and networking. Even after acquiring these milestones, I am seeking to continue growing in the field of IT in hopes of working on the networking side of IT.

Hagley Museum Guest Counting August 2024 – April 2025

Presented at the Colleges Advisory Board Meeting representing the IST (Information Sciences and Technology) Department.

Designed a computer vision system to count the number of visitors that enter an exhibit using a Raspberry Pi, Linux, and Python.

Built a maintenance request system and data visualization dashboard in AirTable, leveraging PAT tokens/API Keys to sync real-time guest data; automated Python scripts with crontab to run every 20 minutes and on reboot.

IOS Game Showcase App June 2023 – August 2023

Used swift to develop an app on Xcode showcasing a select number of games and worked with UIKit components.

Added animations such as the description disappearing after the user shook their phone. I implemented sound anytime a button was pressed. I also added links to the publisher’s twitter accounts and website.

Car Website March 2022 – May 2022

Designed a responsive website using Bootstrap, displaying car data parsed from an XML file.

Implemented JavaScript for dynamic DOM manipulation, including forms and window navigation.
