• Development of Smart cabins. in the office staff of IIT Guwahati, India.

• Developing of smart cabins through voice-based verification of the office staff.

• The first subsystem ensures a three-stage verification viz. fingerprint, face, and speech. The three stage ensembling makes the verification process robust as compared to a single method.

• Todevelop a health monitor using an embedded system and respective sensors which can evaluate the mental health conditions such as stress, emotion, and fatigue level, as well as physiological vital parameters such as blood pressure, body temperature, oxygen saturation, heart rate, etc. To have a biometric authentical system for security purposes. To transmit data from each smart system on a single platform which would display every parameter and their respective conditions.

Projects

Automatic-Text-Summarization, Feb 2024 IIT GUWAHATI

• Built an automatic text summarization system using a dataset containing news articles of size 100,000.

• Formulated a Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) based Seq2Seq model using a PyTorch based code base.

• Generated reasonable and realistic summaries after training the model on around 90,000 datapoints. Air-Ticket-Price-Prediction, June 2023 IIT GUWAHATI

• Predicted flight fares optimized the timing for airline ticket purchasing from the consumer’s perspective.

• Implemented Random forest and XGBoost models to predict the flight prices. Optimized the base model through Hyperparameter tuning using RandomizedSearchCV and achieved an R squared score of 83 on the test dataset. Language-Classifier, Dec 2022 IIT GUWAHATI

• Built a Classification model to classify text into language categories and Manually created a numerical dataframe from purely textual dataset.

• Technology: PCA and Heatmap to optimize and analyze features; Algorithm: Decision Tree Classifier; Evaluated using AUC-ROC score(0.89).

• Built algorithm predicting attrition of employees from organisation with the help of employee profile data.
