Project Description:
The main objective of Complaints Management System (CMS) application is to provide a user interface and backend engine for workflow or business process management of complaint related cases. It stores and manages the life cycle of Complaints raised for various LOB's onboarded to PEGA CMS. The host system captures the complaints and passes it on to CMS for storage or lifecycle management. There will be a business logic as part of Case Life Cycle, once case is resolved will be sending those data to down-stream applications using Pega BIX file. This will happen every business day and data will be saved into Hadoop database.
