Oversaw the demand forecasting and inventory management to ensure optimal product availability, while minimizing excess stock. Remote management of the Total Spares Management (TSM) at all Intel Corporation domestic sites for 100s of tools and 1000s of chambers, across multiple technology processes with the use of ERP (SAP) demand planning tools and excellent customer communication.
Developed proactive ordering template that tracked inventory at multiple sites, which predicted fluctuations through time and simplified ordering and record keeping throughout the system, reducing of on-site inventory by as much as 60 percent.
