AGREEMENT WITH GERMATEK COMPANY LIMITED – E&I TECHNICIAN

Kindly sign in the space at the end of this letter to indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement as contained herein and return to the Finance and Administration Office. 1.1 Your agreement will take effect from: 30th April, 2025 to 30th July,2025 1.2 This agreement is dependent on the availability of work given to us by our clients. 1.3 You will only be called and engaged to work as and when your services are needed. 1.4 You will only be paid for work done.

1.5 You are to adhere to good corporate governance principles at all times in executing your duties and responsibilities.

1.6 You will be required to render your services for this company at our project site located at Asanko Mine 1.7 This agreement may be terminated by either party giving the other party at least Five (5) days advance notice.

1.8 The company will be entitled to end this agreement with or without notice (as may be applicable) for any reason recognized as sufficient by law.

1.9 You are being engaged as a E&I Technician

1.10 Your salary shall be Ten Thousand Ghana Cedi’s (Ghc10,000.00) and also entitled to lunch and supper. 1.11 Our Normal working days are Monday to Saturday. 1.12 Sundays and Public holidays work will be done based on prior approval from the Managing Director. 1.13 You are entitled to one (1) hour break and this DOES NOT form part of the normal hours of work. 1.14 By signing this letter of appointment you agree to abide by the company’s policies and procedures. 1.15 All issues, complaints, unfair treatments must be made known to the Project Coordinator and the Administration officer for it to be resolved.
