Program in a Visual Studio Visual Basic environment updating SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Microsoft Access databases.
Create programs to update data from delimited and fixed width formats exported from Counties and municipalities to update standard database export tables.
Programs load value, tax, and land information like addresses, owner names, legal descriptions and property classes.

Developed programs and databases to normalize raw real estate data received from MI counties/municipalities to a standard database format.
Automated the Michigan county data loading and delivery processes, resulting in a major reduction of time and effort needed to process a county. All of the 83 counties in Michigan were processed.
Improved and maintained a Microsoft Access database application that loaded raw New Hampshire real estate data received in many file formats into a standard database format.
Developed a laptop data recording system that included a laptop application program to record real estate data and a posting application program to load the recorded data into the main storage database.
Created utility programs to extract data out of text reports and load the data into Microsoft Access databases.
Created computer programs to load raw real estate data from counties/municipalities into a CD database application product database structure.
Converted and merged the data from a Prime Information real estate database system into a Microsoft Access real estate database system.
Used an ETL system written by CoreLogic to load MI normalized data into production databases.
Received the Kennedy Excellence Award (KEA) in June 2014 which is an internal CoreLogic award for contributions to the company.
