Navy Information Warfare Command Atlantic (NIWC) Norfolk, Virginia (2022-2025)

Command Information Office (2024-2025)

As Leading Petty Office in the Norfolk area, I have installed nine wireless cell boosters, reinstalled eight wireless access points across 11 locations increasing the Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) access, updated spreadsheets for nine circuits that provide services to the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) buildings for emergency/telephone and computer services that cost over three billion per year. I also have worked with Defense Information System Agency (DISA) to troubleshoot and report issues on circuits that are causing down time for NIWC missions.

Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) Analyst IAT Level III

Provide systems engineering, development, acquisition, and life-cycle support for effective, capable, and integrated Command, Control, Communications, Computers (4) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Information Technology, Information Warfare, and space systems solutions for fleet, joint warfighters, Professional Employer Organizations, Systems Command (SYSCOM), Department of Defense, and other government agencies.

Directly responsible for resolution of 400+ trouble tickets ranging from Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) disaster recovery to Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) installs, via the REMEDY trouble ticket system. Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M) (Force Level 4.1) Increment 2 System Administrator (2019)

Performs installation, configuration, administration, repair, and basic operation of the GCCS-M Force Level 4.1 Increment 2 System. That includes maintains databases, establishes accounts, configures communications of system interfaces, and basic troubleshooting and disaster recovery procedures for both afloat and ashore commands.

Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC) System Administrator (2019)

JFACC System Administrator for Joint Standard Air Operations Software comprised of either: (1) Theater Automated Planning System; or (2) joint-service portions of Theater Battle Management Core Systems.
