• Reported to the President with a dotted line to the Director of Finance to meet the financial goals and targets for the company.

• Planned, directed, and Coordinated purchasing, scheduling, and material control utilizing our ERP-MRP for 12 different customers, consisting of over 1000 part numbers with over 2600 MRO part numbers.

• Supervised Warehouse and Materials Departments with 15 Associates on a 24/7 operation.

• Responsible for shipping and transportation of 100 shipments a month to 40 different distribution centers and warehouses. The average sales dollar value was $400k.

• Managed Purchasing – scheduling staff responsible for all material and MRO items to support the manufacturing process to meet the customers’ orders.

• Maintained inventory levels and reported inventory and dollar levels to ownership.

• Succeed in turning inventory every other week on high-dollar material.

• Developed long-term relationships with MRO suppliers to ensure a flawless supply chain, with little to no interruption in difficult times. Plus, able to keep pricing competitive.
