Worked at the The Nord Center, emergency stabilization unit as a registered social worker assistant. Monitored clients medications, helped build treatment plans, reported clients progress for day worked with the unit doctors, and client’s caseworker, police and fire departments and other programs in the community. Assisted in caring for 13 Bed unit. Provided support with the rape crisis unit at Nord Center. Monitored and maintain the units’ hotline. Worked alongside the clinicians preparing assessments during an outreach in the community. Provided backup and support to group homes, providers homes when necessary. Monitored clients record at group and providers homes for yearly state inspections. Attended classes and seminars to maintain my licensure. Provided a working schedule for group home managers. Also trained and recruited providers and group home managers. Had to take classes for first aid and CPR to maintain license. I was also required to take continuing education classes to keep my licensure current.
