In my career at IFOS, I work with senior engineers to design optical fiber sensing interrogators and delicate optical fiber components. I am the procurement head in outsourcing OEM parts globally. I also teach and guide technicians to fulfill the teamwork jobs. I can do multi-task work in fast-paced and monitor several projects. I understood material science properties from my work experiences and conduct researches.

I can independently operate expensive instruments by reading the operational manuals or the technicians’ instruction to investigate the physical failures for further investigations.

- Ability to identify root cause and recommended corrective action based on results from multiple data sources

I have experience dealing the trouble shooting based on the material properties and spec. sheet to correct the failures. I also do the environmental tests in the test chambers.
