~ Professional Experience ~

February 2023 – Current

Graduated from the Department of Turkish Language and Literature in 2002. Completed his master's degree in Kurdish Language and Culture at Mardin Artuklu University.

I have worked at HSA Belmont High School as Turkish teacher from 2023-2025. I taught Career exploration class to 9th and 10th grade classes. I also helped as a building substitute teacher.

Worked between 2002 and 2010, worked as a producer and presenter at Dunya TV, which broadcasts in Kurdish, between 2010 and 2015.

Taught Turkish and Kurdish at different schools over ten years.

After 2015, served at Turkish Parlamento as the of Diyarbakır Deputy Altan Tan for 3 years.

Prepared the Kurdish-Turkish dictionary (Ferhenga Kurdî-Turkî), the first Kurdish work published by the Turkish Language Association (TDK), together with three of his colleagues.

Translated several books from Turkish to Kurdish, including Mehmet Akif's Safahat and Kurdish Bike written by Alesa Lightbourne
