• was in charge of training new employees. talking with customers one on one to see what it was they needed to stay in compliance with the state and federal laws when it’s concerning selling or becoming a dealer of insurance: once my research was completed I’d than need to convince the customer our services are what they needed by creating a contract listing everything they would need and the estimated prices along with a waiver giving ILSA the right to act as our client when dealing with staying compliant and making sure our customers needs were met and that they could go on about their day knowing we had their business and employees up to date within the nation leaving them confident and at ease. I also over saw other employees as they entered data and completed tasks acting as their team leader I would motivate, uplift and offer encouragement. Adopting the “whale” done approach I would give praise for jobs well done (“whale” done) than offer another way of doing things on areas they were maybe struggling in. I’d offer my services to other departments within the business always willing to learn, adapt and grow my knowledge in the world of insurance.
