TOOLPUSHER – Worked on the Jack Ryan drill ship with drill pie racking system & PRS-4 racking system for derrick. Water depth 4000’ to 8500’ with 15K Regan & Cameron Bops. Gulf of Mexico, West Coast Africa & Australia. Duties include supervise, monitor and report all rig operations as directed by OIM. Monitor rig operations to insure professional and safe operations of equipment in accordance with operating procedures. Direct facilitation of pre-job planning, risk management, and adherence to safety initiatives. Direct facilitation of rig personals participation in OJT and all required and recommended training. Assist OIM in preparing personnel for positions of increasing responsibility. Responsible for correcting and or reporting any unsafe conditions or act immediately reporting all accidents and incidents to the OIM. Monitor to insure the rig is compliant with all regulatory issues. Responsible for the submission of daily drilling reports. Maintain professional relations with company, customer, and 3rd party personnel at all times. Communicate plans, activities, and task respectfully at all times. Assist rig mover and OIM in rig moves and set up on location. Assist OIM with in facilitating and conducting weekly quality and supervisor meetings to enhance communications. Driller/Toolpusher – SedcoForex Worked on Actinia Pace setter type semi in Malaysia. Sedco 601 series semi in Vietnam. Randolp Youst cantilever Jack up in West Africa. Assisted in building the Cajun Express, 5th Generation DP semi in Singapore, towed to Gulf of Mexico and commissioned it for Marathon. Drilled its first hole in 9100’ of water with no accidents.

Drilled on land rigs for 5 years in the Middle East, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Baharain. Box type rigs air over electric. Powered by Diesel Catapillars, type 398 and 399. Drilled most wells from 2900 meters to 3500 meters. Drilled with air, water base and diesel base muds.
Drilled in Gulf of Mexico on Ensco 95, cantilever jackup for 2 years. Drilled & completed wells for Conoco. Depth ranged from 11,000’ to 17,500’.
SEDCO/SEDCO FOREX 1978-1990
Started in oilfield as roustabout, and worked my way up: roughneck, derrickman, watchstander, assistant Sub- Sea, assistant driller and driller.
Worked on Sedco rigs, 135-J & 135-k. Sedco 702,706,712 & Pentagon 82 all floaters. Towed all these rigs from, various places. all back to Gulf of Mexico.
