Senior Technical Solutions Architect for Unix / Linux 06/2010 - 12/2015 Epitec Inc. Consultant to AT&T ITO Solutions Planning and Design As a designer, I designed solutions within the framework of ITIL to meet Data Center Management guidelines. Also utilized TOGAF framework as the de-facto global standard for Enterprise Architecture for Open Systems designs. Last big project I had at AT&T was the design of the re-platform project of Yahoo search engine, and online services. Prior to Yahoo project, I was assigned U-verse Billing and CRM projects to design (Worked with AMDOCs an AT&T Partner), designed and deployed replacement architecture for HPUX, to IBM AIX systems, and then to Gen 5 X86 based systems. These Migrations progressed from 250 Terabytes to 960 Terabytes for the last phase migration. We designed “Cloud”, VMWARE clusters for web servers, and Middle-ware servers and the “Bare metal servers” where for Database servers. Setup Oracle RAC on Linux to significantly reduce the overall cost to provide the required computer services for the business. Created a conceptual design with all the details, and concepts explained to facilitate the next phase of the detail design.
