I support students with disabilities by ensuring they receive the services and accommodations necessary for academic success. I coordinate and facilitate their annual Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to develop effective, personalized plans. Once an IEP is implemented, I monitor the delivery of special education services to ensure compliance and fidelity to the plan. In addition, I assist general education teachers by providing strategies and resources to support ESE students within inclusive classroom settings
