Intelligence Specialist – Various Locations
Responsibilities:
• Main contributor for information collection at Sector New York. Collection was executed through consent-based interviews and tactical questioning. Conducted over 90 collections leading to the creation and dissemination of over 90 Field Intelligence Reports.
• Created 10 Intelligence Bulletins and Intelligence Notes regarding occurring events within the New York/New Jersey. Some notable events consisted of United Nations General Assembly, Fleet Week, and the ILA Port Strike. These Intelligence Bulletins and Intelligence Notes lead to the successful sharing of information to USCG command as well as local, state, and federal agencies who were directly involved with the events.
• Assisted in collecting information and connection of multiple agencies during and after investigations regarding vessels, USCG regulated facilities, and situations that arise on a day-to-day basis. This information collection and connections helped relieve additional work for the lead investigators. Which allowed investigators the ability to focus on major portions of the investigation.
• Led a weekly interagency brief every Friday to over 40 local, state, and federal agencies at Sector New. This led to building rapport and lasting professional relationships with other agencies such as Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Customs and Border Protection
(CBP), and New York Police Department (NYPD). This helped Sector New York build greater communications with different agencies and streamline dissemination of our inhouse intelligence products.
• Operated as the main Coast Guard liaison officer at over 10 different agencies during multiple high-level events such as United Nations General Assembly and NYC New Years Eve. Served as the lead subject matter expert for waterway movements at Joint Intelligence and Operation Centers (JOIC).
• Managed duty schedule for 20 lower enlisted crew members aboard the USCGC LEGARE within the maritime operational theatre. Achieved the management and completion of daily work tasked allowed for the cutter to maintain operational efficiency.
• Managed the operational capability of USCG small boat assets leading to efficient onboarding/offloading of detainees and narcotics. At time of departure member was able to oversee the successful transfers of over $500 million dollars’ worth of narcotics and the transfer of over 400 migrants.

Responsibilities:
• Continuously managed the Ferguson Recreation Center to a high-quality standard for all students, faculty, and visitors and maintained a safe and easy work environment for the 15 student workers. This led to a positive friendly area for students, as well as a location to host major events such as the 2019 NBA Rookie Photoshoot.
• Assisted the Head Coach of the FDU Men’s Lacrosse Team in all aspects. The job included leading recruiting efforts for the team and assisting on the defensive side of the ball. The individual was able to assist in recruiting over 30 players to the program over three years and advancing players skillset on the defensive side of the ball where two players earned all-conference honors.
