Marett, LLC (September 2023 to December 2024) Operations Manager and Client Relations for Multifamily new construction. I was hired to resolve the issues with a dead project of 170 units. The project had changed ownership several times over the years, so I worked with the city, current owners, attorneys, architects, and subs to correct issues with sewer capacity, permitting, outdated plans, budget issues, and easement legalities. I have completed this and the project is now almost complete. Lessen, Inc. (January 2021-September 2023) Senior Project Manager for Single/Multifamily renovations and new construction projects. Lessen, Inc. was a company that renovates/builds for REITs. They are no longer in business.
