Negotiated with business and functional areas to gather requirements for Business Requirements documents for Agile project. QE inclusion in these negotiations resulted in 90% decrease in requirements being missed before project deployment to production.
Provided input to the Product Owners during Use Case creation to ensure that testing considerations were defined upfront. This resulted in QE developing test scenarios that were 100% re-useable and allowed us to define any gaps before test execution.
Followed QE processes which ensured that 100% of all documents, test scripts, and test results were in the appropriate place in event of audit.
Validated mobile applications by using the mobile emulator feature of Chrome browser. This feature allowed me to display the BCBSNC website in a cellphone terminal in order to ensure that all function worked as expected.
Provided QE Workbook/Test Plan to all business, development and management for approval of 100% of Agile projects describing, at a high level, the scenarios to be executed. Also ensured that 100% sign-off for this documentation was received prior to deployment to production.
Loaded test requirement into ALM Quality Center for each project. This aided in the test coverage process by having all requirements available for linkage to test scripts.
Coordinated End to End testing with the vendors and other test areas to ensure that the product worked as expected from beginning to end.
