Directed greenfield infrastructure deployments, enterprise voice migrations, and cloud enablement strategies, designing carrier-grade network interconnects, high-availability environments, and scalable architectures preceding Hyperscaler (Azure, AWS) adoption. Recruited to Lead and drive adoption of Microsoft technologies within the Canadian financial institutions, focused initially on Royal Bank(RBFG), Bank of Montreal(BMO) and Bank of Nova Scotia(ScotiaBank). These were very much "land and expand" opportunities where Microsoft at the time was viewed as not enterprise ready, delivering Microsoft's tech stack into these traditional IBM shops was challenging and critical to any success Microsoft would have there longer term. These engagements saw delivery of initial branch networking, broad email and collaboration adoption, desktop management, directory service integration and initial early web presence for the clients.
