Conducting HSE Induction, training and awareness program to new staff and workers.

Preparing HSE-related documents, including accident, incident, near-miss reports, chemical spill records, and other safety-related documentation, ensuring they are accurately recorded, maintained, and easily accessible for future reference and compliance purposes.

Keeping safety records up to date involves regularly documenting accident and incident reports, training and awareness sessions, HSE campaigns, emergency drills, and all HSE- related documents.

Maintaining comprehensive records of equipment inspections, third-party certifications, defensive driving records, and ensuring they are easily accessible.

Conducting internal audits in collaboration with senior management to evaluate safety practices, identify risks, and recommend improvements.

Prepare monthly reports including safe man hours, vehicle kilometers driven, HSE lagging and leading indicators, and other relevant safety statistics, and submit these reports to the client.

Conducting internal safety audits of documents and site safety conditions before external audits, preparing reports, and following up on recommendations.

Conducting regular inspections of all work sites and ensuring the availability of method statements, permits to work, and JSA/risk assessments for specific job activities.

Preparing documents for Audit Closing Reports, including Non-Conformities (NC) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFI), based on audit findings

Analyzing audit data to identify gaps, deviations, and areas of improvement in operational processes, ensuring full compliance with standards.

Tracking and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions and improvements to ensure timely closure of NCs and continuous process enhancement.

Closely monitors permit-required confined space entries, crane work, lifting operations, scaffolding, work at height, and other work-related permits to ensure safety compliance.

Maintained Safety data sheets (SDS) for chemical used in the work place

During important clients visit proper arrangement for accessibility.

Ensure Adequate fire prevention/ fire equipment during Hot jobs

Ensuring first aid set is available at site.

Monitor all activities closely, and if any unsafe acts or conditions are found, address them immediately and report them in writing.

Conducting weekly meeting with supervisor/ foreman/Sub-contractor, Discussion about Safety Implementation on site.

Identify Potential accident risks and develop prevention, control and mitigation measures to Eliminate accident risk.
