● Leveraged data analysis and hypothesis-based problem-solving to drive strategic improvements in pre-hire talent acquisition, including monitoring the students & grads hiring funnels to strengthen interview processes and maintain candidate quality, and optimize talent investment portfolios, including a school portfolio update that optimized $2 million and an analysis of national partnerships that optimized $465,000.
● Conducted comprehensive analyses, including a sourcing retrospective, utilizing SQL, Python, and Google Sheets to extract, clean, model, and visualize data.
