oProject Manager to create a CUCM Megacluster by expanding the CUCM cluster in AMDC 2 and 4 in Houston to AMDC 1 and 3 in Chicago. This included the implementation of UCS servers, CUCM Subscribers and TFTP servers, and a new DHCP server and the transition of the BP Cleveland site to verify the functionality of all services, including high availability.
BP Integrated Supply and Trading (IST), 30 South Wacker and Q-Tech Workplace Recovery Site Migration Project
oProject Manager to migrate the BP IST site at 30 South Wacker in Chicago from an end-of-life IPT platform to the new AMDC Megacluster platform. Site requirements included turret trading system integration, voice recorder integration, Intercluster trunk integration, specialized restricted phone configurations, E-911 Emergency Responder services, Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) services, and follow-the-sun IST Service Desk.
BP Sao Paulo Castrol
oManaged the project to convert the Sao Paulo Castrol site in Brazil with approximately 200 users to a hosted solution utilizing the IPT platform in AMDC 2 and 4 in Houston. The site also included two call centers configured utilizing UCCX.
BP L48 Data Center Project
oManaged the project to build a new data center to support the new BP subsidiary, L48. The project consisted of redundant firewalls, WAN routers, NAS, and Cisco UCS servers running Microsoft System Center products.

Development and Management of IPT Operational Handover Process
oWorked with internal team and CompuCom IPT Network and Security Operations Center to develop the process for accepting IPT systems from project teams into operational support, reducing post-handover issues and improving systems reliability.
