Enterprise Production Architect, provide the high level production plan and budget estimation based on the client requirements and the company product development strategies. The estimation included all the product host cost (annually), development cost, QA cost and maintenance cost (annually) as the base for the budget plan.

Azure Solution Architect, provided the Data Exchange and Integration solutions on the Microsoft Cloud computing platform. Proposed and implemented the solution to process the Large EOP Files with new Logic Workflows, Azure functions and XML Splitter utility and SFTP file zip functions, which makes the file size limit from 7.0 mb extended more than 50 mb for a single Document. Proposed and implemented the solution for DMS API and multi-tenant solution for a new client.

Azure SaaS Expert. Providing Data Integration and document processing workflow base solution with Restful API and Database, XSD schema, XSL Map and SFTP connections to integrate with Correspondence, printing and documents storage vendors. Developed the systems with Azure functions, App services, Logic Apps and Restful API by Visual Studio 2017 and Azure DevOps pipeline for the auto build and auto deployment in Azure.

Data Architect Role, Based on the business requirements we designed Architecture of Governance data warehouse project (SQL 2008R2 and SQL 2012) for the Risk analysis reports with high availability, scalability and reliability. The work includes design of the Staging database schema to store the different styles and change-pave data to integrate the different data sources of XML Data, LDAP database, AD data store and SQL database together. Designed the Architecture of SSIS project with SQL server 2012 to integrate the different functional packages in a configurable interval data-loading batches, as the all the upstream controls. Designed SSRS reports project to integrate all the SSRS reports together by define the default parameters and groups to display the Identity Risk Assessment reports.

Database Developer Role, Implemented the SSIS framework as the main controller of all ETL functional packages based on the configurable batch-time of loading frequency, including the logging system, email alert system, task define and automation system. Developed half of the functional ETL packages for Audit data loading, Active Directory data loading as well Other SQL server data loading. Developed all the stored procedures for each main reports and sub-reports, as well the SSIS operational database.

Application Developer Role, developed the web portal with C# and SQL server to display the real-time performance test data for the Server cluster and clients test results. Including the database schema design to store the test data, web page design and development to display real-time chart, curves and reports, as well as the email alert system. Designed and developed a lot of utilities tools to share in company-wide, such as the performance test data generator, client side performance monitor system.

Database performance security and performance reviewer, Reviewing and tuning the queries, stored procedures, functions, views in our product to check the security hole and performance behavior. This job is not only for my current group, but also for the other groups. After one-time, my review query suggestion improved a poor query from an Indian Group with 125 times faster, they sent all there queries and asked my review. Based on the review and execution plan analysis, I have always proposed the suggested schema changes including the index changes, and Indexed views to replace the views or new lookup tables and speed tables design and implementation have greatly leveraged the product’s quality.

Web service development, debugging and test. Design and developed automation tool with VS 2010, C# ASP.NET, Oracle 10g/11g and SQL 2008 to test each functions in Headend, Local and Central web services, including the web service functions, database proc functions and communication functions between the web services.

Design and developed all required tools for Development, QA and Support teams. Developed more than 10 different tools with Visual Studio 2010, C#, XML/XPath/LINQ and SQL server for data generation, data validation and data transformation for web service input, data warehouse, QA and operations for Admira product.

Document Management System Development. Based on customer requirement, individually designed and developed a Business Document Information System (BDIS) by using OpenText Livelink platform and web service to add, modify and changes the documentation management system with C# .NET, SQL 2008 and XML web service. This platform is complaince with the FDA documentation requirements, with all the predefined folder structure, label and permission group control. Once a new drug starting, all the folders for each department will be created automatically, the stored files will also inherent the parents folder information, so the files stored can be easily searched.

Web Portal Design and Development. Based on customer requirement, individually designed and developed a Digital Library Portal with C# .NET, web service, SQL server 2008. This portal directly search the PubMed with different combinations, once an article is selected the Digital Library will look for it in the local library. If it is founded in the local library, the article PDF file will send to the searcher, otherwise it will go to an Article Order page to order it. In addition, in phase 2, it also is extended to be able to view the local articles stored in OPENTEXT Livelink system, search and view local image, video and other articles.

Data warehouse design and development. Leaded a team to design and develop all the database schemas for data exchanges under the Health care industry standard HL7.
